As a company committed to the ongoing education of our workforce, SUEZ North America provides all employees with the tools and resources needed to advance their knowledge and careers. In 2014, our employees benefited from an average of 19.1 hours of training per person.

From onboarding as a new employee to ongoing career-enhancing opportunities, we want our employees to have access to resources that help them succeed. Safety and technical training are provided on a regular basis, and we conduct a variety of leadership development training programs to help our managers be effective leaders.

Mentoring Programs

In 2014, we introduced several mentoring programs that enable our employees to continue to develop their skills and help ensure that critical knowledge is shared throughout the organization.

Our pilot mentoring program pairs emerging talents with senior staff to enhance their leadership skills and business acumen.
