We provide fair recruiting, hiring, benefits, employment privileges, compensation, training, and opportunities for advancement without discrimination based on gender, age, religion, marital status, familial status, national origin, race, color, ancestry, veteran status, disability , or sexual orientation.
Building Inclusive Teams
We have partnered with PRISM International, Inc. to provide diversity training, which covers hands-on approaches for recognizing, respecting and leveraging differences and similarities within an organization.
Corporate Scholars Program
In partnership with the United Negro College Fund, SUEZ offers promising young college students paid internships to learn the inner workings of our business. By working alongside our employees, and presenting a final report to company leaders, these students gain valuable work experience, learn firsthand about the environmental services industry, and open the door to future opportunities at SUEZ.
