Tea Infusions

Use a large pitcher to make batches of your favorite tea. Place 3-4 bags in the pitcher with hot water and allow to chill slowly. Remove tea bags and keep tea in the fridge for a refreshing drink.

Infused Waters

Easy to make, nutritious and refreshing, these infusions work with almost any fresh fruit, herbs and spices to turn your plain water into a uniquely flavored drink.
Minty Cucumber Lime
1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/2 lime, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Strawberry-Lemon with Basil
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Watermelon Mint
1 cup cubed watermelon
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Pineapple-Orange with Ginger
1/2 cup cubed pineapple
1/2 orange, sliced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger



  • Place fruit, herbs, and/or spices in bottom of a jar and muddle with a large spoon (Mash up fruit to release flavor)
  • Fill jar with water and give it a taste
  • If need be, use stevia extract as an all natural, sugar-free sweetener

Juice Splashes

Add just a splash of unsweetened juice to water and have a fruity delight with a fraction of the sugar. Use 100% juice and avoid products with added sweeteners such as sugar, corn syrup, agave syrup or apple juice (typically added just for the sugar).

Consider adding one ounce of these juices to eight ounces of water:

  • Unsweetened cranberry juice
  • Orange, grapefruit, lemon or lime juice
  • Mango juice Pomegranate juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Concord grape juice (has more antioxidants than most other grape juices)
